Re: I2C slave reliability?

At least when I tried, I2C slave was not supported in Roger’s core, but it has been introduced in the official STM core and I got it working fine using the standard Arduino examples both as master and slave.

Re: Arduino autoreset (DTR/RTS) with the internal serial bootloader of any STM32 MCU

Yes, of course, the waveforms are different between different MCUs (and even between ESP8266 and ESP32), but the principle is still the same. In the STM32 oficial core, the upload tools are in the platform.txt file. And the explanation is in the Wiki . It is not difficult to change it to run a new m...

Re: Arduino autoreset (DTR/RTS) with the internal serial bootloader of any STM32 MCU

Why not use something simpler like the the ESP32 Weemos? Hi Squonk42, I started from the circuit suggested by Espriff for the ESP8266, that should be the same used for the ESP32 you mentioned. But seeing the behavior of RTS/DTR when using the ST core I ended up that it needed modifications. More, t...

Re: SPI psram

23LC1024 would likely handle higher speeds and is easier to interface. psram requires letting go /CE once done with read/writes so that the internal refresh would restart or lose memory. Yes, you can R/W for up to a max duration (5-8 µs), then you need to release /CE for at least some time (18-50 n...

Re: SPI psram

A pair of these could be used for implementing a logic analyzer or a DAC buffer:

Re: F405 & F411 versions of the BluePill

Actually the IRLML6402 is a SOT23, the footprint is wrong. But you can still mount it. Sorry I completely forgot about that!

Very good! But it looks more like a RedPill than a BluePill :D

There are Bluepill versions that have a RT8183-B voltage stabilizer.
It depends on luck or there are sellers?
Yes :D
